49 If the lessor does not need to read or measure a service related to the landlord`s name until the day following the expiry of the eviction notification under this tenancy agreement or the Housing Tenany Act, the lessor is responsible for paying for the unread or unsurved service after the date of the last reading or measure. The agreement should also have the description of the house you are renting, such as the floor or apartment number, the surface of the house, the number of bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and so on.
