I’m Nicki—entrepreneurial leadership coach, speaker, author, and founder of Love-Led Leadership®.

I’ve spent 35 years learning one thing above all else:

How you lead in life is how you lead everything.

That belief started long before my career. I spent much of my childhood alone, and while that wasn’t always easy, it gave me a deep appreciation for real connection—and an understanding that what people crave most isn’t recognition, but connection and relevance. They want to know that who they are and what they bring actually matters.

That understanding became the foundation of everything I believe about leadership.

Over the years, my work has taken me from business ownership to leading organizations, mentoring students, speaking, writing, and developing leadership programs. Through it all, I have learned that successful leadership is most effective when people are led with integrity, and genuine care.

I’ve also learned what happens when leadership loses sight of people—when talented, capable individuals begin to question their value, stop sharing ideas, and slowly remove themselves from collaboration.

That experience led me to a truth that has stayed with me ever since:

Culture is what leadership allows. But how does that play out? What does it look like in practive?  And that’s when Love-Led Leadership® came to me one morning while I was writing a blog. I kept hearing the phrase over and over, and I couldn’t shake it.

As I began researching, I discovered leaders, organizations, and scholars exploring love as a powerful force in leadership—not as sentimentality, but as a practice for building a healthy culture.

That’s how Love-Led Leadership® was born.

Today, Love-Led Leadership® is the framework behind my coaching, helping entrepreneurs become the leaders their businesses need them to be.

Because building a successful business and leading people well are two very different things. Most entrepreneurs are passionate about their work. Few were ever taught how to lead.

That’s where I come in.

This isn’t something I teach from a place of having it all figured out. It’s an ongoing practice I’m still living every day. And it has changed my life in ways I never expected.
