During my childhood, I found myself on my own a lot. Alone, I discovered the power of community and learned that relationships are the cornerstones of leadership. This understanding sparked a lifelong commitment to breaking barriers and putting people first—principles that would eventually crystallize into a groundbreaking leadership philosophy.

Over the past three decades, I’ve led with a passion for nurturing genuine connections, both as a business owner and a CEO. However, it was after my tenure as the director of a leadership program for undergraduate women that I reflected on my legacy. I fully embraced what I had been practicing all along Love-Led Leadership. This approach isn’t just about being kind—it’s about rediscovering our capacity for leading ourselves and eventually others with compassion, respect and love.

I’ve integrated these principles into my Love-Led Leadership model, a blueprint for personal transformation. Inspired by those who dared to lead with love—even in the face of pushback—I am now dedicated to spreading this philosophy.
