Fear and Chaos

In the last few days, we’ve watched the world change again. As news broke of military action, it was a blow, we felt it in our bodies. A tightening, unease. It’s a scary time.

In these times of uncertainty, it’s natural to feel afraid, confused, even angry. These emotions are valid and normal.  Why? Because we’re human. We care. We hope. We love. So, of course we feel it deeply when violence erupts, when people are hurt, when the future is uncertain.

But this is exactly where Love-led Leadership™ steps in. Not just when things are calm and predictable, but when the ground feels like it’s shifting under our feet.

What Can We Do?

In times like these, leadership rooted in love takes pauses, and steps back before reacting. It asks:

• What does love require of me right now?

• How can I show up without adding to the fear?

• What needs to be protected, nurtured, remembered?

When fear is leading in our lives, it’s Love-led Leadership™ that brings steadiness into a world filled with noise. Love-Led Leadership™ makes space for dialogue, seeking truth, not blame.

Love Always Wins

Even when the world feels unpredictable.
Even when outrage is rampant.
Even when our own hearts are breaking.

Love holds steady. Love is a choice we get to make again and again.

So, in this moment, as fear rises and uncertainty looms, we have a powerful invitation: to lead in a way that refuses to dehumanize anyone, even those we disagree with. To lead from love as a fierce and courageous commitment.

For Now

Before you speak, post, or act, pause. Take a breath, and ask yourself, “Is this love-led?” Let that question guide you. Let it ground you. Let it shape the way you lead, especially now.
